The role
As clinics come up, you will deliver on-site Occupational Health services for MCL’s clients, carrying out health surveillance programmes, fitness-for-work assessments, and supporting wellbeing checks. You'll play an important role in helping employers maintain healthy, safe workplaces.

About you
You do not need every skill below – some of our clinics only require basic health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments.
Previous experience as an Occupational Health Technician, Health Screening Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, Military Medic or similar
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
Confident working independently and delivering clinics on-site
Good IT and record-keeping skills
Desirable, training available where needed:
Audiometry
Spirometry
HAVS Tier 1 & 2 screening
Chester Step Testing
Drug & Alcohol Testing
Anaphylaxis awareness and Basic Life Support (BLS)
