How Can You Make an Impact?

The School Promoter is responsible for driving new business growth while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing educational institutions within an assigned territory. This role partners closely with instructors, administrators, and key decision-makers to understand their instructional needs and recommend products and solutions that support student and educator success. The representative stays informed on market trends and the local education landscape, develops strategic account plans, conducts regular customer visits, and works collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales goals, increase market share, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. This is a field-based position requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory. 

 

This position is in Province of Cádiz. Candidates must be located in and authorized to work in Spain. This role requires 50% or more of travel around the territory.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing educational institutions within an assigned territory.
  • Build trusted partnerships with instructors, administrators, and key decision-makers by understanding their needs and recommending tailored learning solutions.
  • Plan and conduct regular customer visits, manage account activities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and changes within the education landscape to identify growth opportunities and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to execute territory strategies, achieve sales goals, and ensure customer success.

 

We Are Looking For Someone With…

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred, with 0–1+ years of professional work experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the local education market and the ability to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency with digital tools; experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel 50% or more within the assigned territory to support customer engagement and business growth.
