We are looking for a Production Services Executive for our Noida office, who will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including authors, to bring the product vision to life and produce a diverse range of competitive, reputable, and financially viable print and digital products. You will collaborate with content development, portfolio, and other internal teams to ensure the successful production and release of top-quality products. Your portfolio will include pan-India, regional, and select global products that address evolving market needs.

This role is a one-year contractual position, offering a focused opportunity to contribute to key projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

How are you creating an impact?
As a Production Services Executive, you will build strong networks with vendors, authors, and internal teams to deliver products effectively. You will manage multiple projects across markets, balance competing timelines, and proactively prioritize, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when needed while continuously improving processes and workflows.


What will you be doing?

  • Ensure timely product releases by planning and coordinating projects from inception to completion.
  • Create and share detailed project schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee copyediting and layout design (including style sheets) before proofs are generated for review.
  • Brief vendors, hand off projects for typesetting and proofreading, and closely track progress.
  • Manage final archiving, eBook creation, and other digital components within defined TATs.
  • Maintain high product quality without impacting overall project timelines.
  • Circulate PF documents, production reports, and related updates promptly.
  • Sign SOWs and process POs and invoices in alignment with project timelines

We are looking for someone with

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of pre-publication experience in publishing, education, technology, or related fields, with hands-on exposure to copyediting, typesetting, proofreading, and publishing workflows.
  • Working knowledge of common publishing tools and software.
  • Strong analytical reading skills with the ability to spot errors quickly and accurately.
  • Creative problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong MS Office proficiency
