Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
- Lead and deliver e-Invoicing implementation projects, including regulatory compliance, system integration, process redesign, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, covering scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, dependencies, communication, change management and governance requirements.
- Lead project kickoff sessions, ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities, and establish accountability across the project team.
Execution & Collaboration
- Drive project execution with cross-functional teams and external vendors (where applicable).
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring effective collaboration, prioritization and alignment across stakeholders.
- Track project progress and milestones, proactively identifying risks, issues, constraints and slippages.
Risk, Issue & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and escalate project risks, issues and conflicts promptly with clear mitigation and contingency plans.
- Prepare and deliver structured and transparent status updates to senior stakeholders, steering committees and project sponsors.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and ensure adherence to financial controls and organizational guidelines.
- Optimize resource allocation and address capacity or skill gaps as needed.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Lead post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement recommendations.
- Champion best practices in project management, governance and controls to drive consistency and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting and finance or related field.
- At least 6 years’ working experience in related field (experience in shared services environment is preferred).
- Experience in project work, such as finance transformation, system implementation or process improvement.
- Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
