About the role

As we grow, we are looking to add an additional Internal Sales Representative to an established team, located at our MCC Global IML Scoresby Facility.

The purpose of the role is to provide strong customer Service experience by serving as the central operational and commercial liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring seamless end-to-end order execution, exceptional customer experience, and strong account development.

Duties include

  • Build strong customer partnerships by managing key accounts, understanding customer needs, and becoming a trusted day-to-day contact.
  • Coordinate orders and projects from start to finish, ensuring accurate processing, smooth production scheduling, and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor commercial and financial outcomes, including pricing, order accuracy, invoicing support, and follow-up activities to help deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues proactively by investigating concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to help drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with production, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure customers receive clear communication and outstanding support throughout the order lifecycle.

 

About you

  • A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, account coordination, or customer support role is essential.
  • Experience in an FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or make-to-order environment will be highly regarded.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with confidence.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the initiative to identify issues and drive solutions.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills, with confidence using business systems and managing accurate documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across customers and internal teams.
  • Experience in packaging, printing, labels, or other technical/manufactured products would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Must have valid Australian working rights.
