- Assume daily responsibility of ensuring all operational activities such as: data entry, managing spreadsheets, creating binders for students, entering student progress into the learning center management system, and coordinating with the center director to modify student learning plans/workout plans are properly completed.
- Administer educational math assessments to diagnose learning gaps in order to create learning plans for students.
- Engage in sales & marketing activities to promote and grow the center through social media channels, customer outreach, consultations, and providing good customer service.
- Manage a team of math instructors
- Assist the team with center administrative and cleaning tasks
- College graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications or teaching
- Strong foundational math skills till Algebra 2 (High score on Math SAT or ACT)
- 2+ Prior working experience in customer service
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent PC, MS Office, and data entry skills
- Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Must be available to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday
