Join Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), a community-based nonprofit with 40+ years of impact, advancing maternal and child health and early childhood development across PA and DE.

We’re seeking a passionate, people-centered Team Lead to support our Early Head Start (EHS) program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, engaging with the community, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of families.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of the Early Head Start program at your location
  • Supervise, coach, and support program staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families and community partners
  • Participate in outreach and community engagement efforts
  • Ensure program compliance, quality standards, and accurate data tracking
  • Promote inclusive, culturally responsive services


Qualifications

Education: CDA or higher degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study 

Experience: 

  • 1+ year of supervisory experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish, must be able to read, write, and comprehend
  • Background in early childhood, maternal-child health, or family services preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with diverse communities
