MasterTech is on the search for a Heavy Equipment Technician in Milwaukee, WI.
The successful Heavy Equipment Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment (construction, earth moving, mining, aerial, cranes, etc.).

Compensation:
- $35.00 - $45.00/hour, plus overtime after 8 hours/day.
- Comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, life, short/long-term disability, etc.
- 401K with matching contributions.
- 2 weeks prorated vacation, plus sick days, holidays, and PTO.
Shift:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
- 8 to 12 hour days on average.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient using scanners, OEM diagnostic software, and reading schematics.
- Owns set of tools.
- Valid driver's license.
