About this role

Job Purpose
As a Relationship Manager of the Real Estate Banking Division within the Corporate & Investment Banking Group, you will be responsible for developing, managing and expanding strategic relationships with real estate developers, investment companies, family offices and corporate clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, gaining a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and delivering tailored banking solutions that support their growth and financing requirements.

The role requires strong financial analysis, credit assessment, and structuring expertise to originate, evaluate, and execute a broad range of corporate banking transactions, including lending, cash management, treasury solutions and investment banking products. You will identify new business opportunities, deepen existing client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and portfolio quality.

Working closely with Credit Risk, Product Management, Treasury, Investment Banking, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders, you will ensure timely execution of transactions and deliver a seamless client experience. You will monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to provide strategic insights and value-added advisory to clients.

The successful candidate should possess excellent relationship management, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  

Key Result Areas
•    Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and real estate clients.
•    Originate new business opportunities and grow wallet share with existing clients.
•    Structure and execute lending and other banking solutions aligned with clients' strategic objectives.
•    Perform financial analysis, credit assessment, and transaction structuring.
•    Prepare high-quality credit proposals and business cases.
•    Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite.
•    Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated banking solutions.
•    Monitor client performance, industry trends, and market developments.
•        Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and exceptional service.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline.
•    Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CA, CPA, or MBA are an advantage.
•    Relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking.
