We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to follow through and manage activities within the entire process, whilst supporting management in building relationships, ensuring price right, timely and accurate information is maintained with all relevant parties in order to drive operational excellence and achievement of set business objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer expectations by catering to their specific development requirements, enable the process of commercialization with pricing, in a timely manner in order to achieve set objectives

• Effectively manage the customer development calendar to meet internal / external deadlines, requirements and work on New Development projects for business growth, whilst maintaining cordial relationship with all the internal stakeholders

• Together with sound business and merchandising acumen, build relationships and credibility with internal, external teams and the customer to drive efficiencies and operational excellence

• Provide accurate, timely, complete documentation to cross-functional departments with regard to the Purchase Order number, Packing Lists (check for accuracy of information, usage of correct material), priority clearance lists. 

• Oversee and ensure costing, cost re-engineering, BOM, PLM and salesforce updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner whilst ensuring internal earning aspirations are met to support the achievement of set objectives

• Build connectivity between development and bulk especially focusing on the time taken to conduct risk mitigation activities at each stage which is required to ensure product feasibility and due diligence is performed to ensure seamless handover to production.

• Coordinate the sample development process, participate in development meetings, whilst sourcing fabric and other raw material based on the customer request, in order to ensure samples / prototypes are completed and delivered in a timely manner

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree/ Management qualification in a relevant field

• 3-4 years of work experience

• Prior knowledge in bulk order execution is highly advantageous

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge on Product Development, styles and samples

• Teamwork and collaboration- ability to engage with individuals from cross functional teams
