Intern - Lab and Inspection

We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to support inspection process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making within the Lab & Inspection function. The role provides hands-on exposure to quality processes, business intelligence, data analytics, and continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inspection process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality performance.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting inspection and laboratory data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Support Data Analytics and Business Intelligence initiatives on digital platforms.
- Participate in the Routing Flexibility Project by supporting data collection, analysis, and project follow up activities.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Digital Trim Card Project.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support project execution and decision making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of quality and inspection related data.
Knowledge and Skills
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Management, Applied Sciences, Textile & Clothing Technology or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting concepts.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Interest in quality systems, inspection processes, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
