Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Silueta team as an Executive – Sourcing & Supply Chain. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure raw materials are organized in line with planned requirements / manage stock levels to meet customer service requirements and minimum write-offs and ensure appropriate material allocation procedures are adhered to.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procure the correct raw materials in the required quantity, color, and article according to the production plan. 

• Follow up on material progress for all assigned styles. 

• Replenish material shortages and manage excess usage when needed. 

• Prepare and provide accurate purchase order, shipping, and packing list information to relevant departments. 

• Ensure shipments meet quantity requirements and cargo cut-off deadlines. 

• Follow up on supplier and customer payments. 

• Maintain and update raw material progress and stock status reports accurately and on time. 

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers and internal teams when requested. 

• Support supplier evaluations by providing relevant performance data and information. 

• Ensure smooth order management and on-time garment deliveries. 

• Make sure purchase order quantities and ordering ratios are fulfilled correctly. 

• Identify and address potential issues before they impact production or delivery. 

• Ensure all deliveries are dispatched on schedule. 

• Monitor new supplier development activities and ensure target dates are achieved. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers by providing proactive information and support. 

• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Science / Commerce 

• 2 -3 years’ experience in similar capacity

• Computer literacy in MS Office packages
