We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to administer the finished goods transfer process from production to stores, packing and dispatch of goods and ensure stores procedures / systems / standards are followed as specified in order facilitate to the smooth flow of operations.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with the relevant functions in the department and ensure required work force is available in order to carry out stores’ operations in a smooth manner.

• Discuss / verify / prioritize deliveries, obtain information relevant to stores operations, update the SAP system, create packing lists and instruct/ advise subordinate staff accordingly.

• Refer to customer Web sites of orders, View the Electronic Data Interface and update relevant documents & details in order to facilitate smooth functioning of order processing.

• Ensure all packed boxes are verified as per the customer requirements & commercial details, documented and checked by security prior to dispatch in order to fulfill delivery requirements.

• Ensure strict adherence to store operational procedures / systems / methods etc. by all stores staff in areas such as finished goods transfer process from production to stores, packing and dispatch of goods in order facilitate to the smooth flow of operations.

• Identify and ensure availability of resources such as equipment systems, stationery, packing materials etc and purchase all carton requirements based on Production/Delivery Schedule.

• Implement performance evaluation systems, identify and recommend training needs and establish favorable working relationships with all employees in order to maintain a harmonious environment.

• Ensure optimum usage of warehouse space (Space Management) through innovative packing methods and stacking methods.

   

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in logistics background.

• 1‐2 years' experience in Warehouse operations.

• Work experience in SAP or other ERP systems.
