About this role
Job Description:
主要职责：
- 在实验室运行现有的high-skilled仪器测试方法，对成品、过程产品和原材料进行常规和特殊需求的理化或微生物检测，确保结果的及时性和准确性。
- 执行符合实验室质量和技术要求的程序，确保数据的可靠性。
- 领导和实施实验设备的预防性维护、期间核查和计量工作，确保检测设备的可靠和稳定。
- 负责实验室易耗品的管理，确保易耗品有效管控。
- 执行和维护实验室文件控制系统，维护ISO 17025质量管理体系。
- 基于玛氏中心实验室要求，开展新的测试方法的验证工作和实施，满足业务需求。
- 评估并维护实验室安全操作规范，确保符合公司HSE规定以及法规要求。
- 负实验室的持续改善（CI）
职位要求：
- 本科学历食品科学，生物技术，化学或微生物专业优先
- 有2年以上实验室相关工作经验，熟悉ISO 17025实验室质量管理体系。
- 熟练使用理化或微生物实验室检测仪器和方法
- 熟练的英语读写能力
- 熟练掌握电脑办公软件
