  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidate profiles aligned with client requirements
  • Build and maintain databases of companies, projects, and industry-specific insights
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide actionable research inputs
  • Utilize online tools, platforms, and databases to gather and analyze candidate and market data
  • Assist in creating candidate summaries and profiles for recruitment purposes
  • Stay updated with industry trends and share insights with the recruitment team
  • Organize and manage research data for easy accessibility and efficiency
  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment research


  • Requirements

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Research, Data Analytics, or related field
    • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing (preferred)
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS PowerPoint for data handling and reporting
    • Familiarity with online research tools, job portals, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
    • Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with recruiters and presenting insights
    • Ability to organize and manage large datasets with attention to detail
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple research assignments
