Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Research, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS PowerPoint for data handling and reporting
- Familiarity with online research tools, job portals, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with recruiters and presenting insights
- Ability to organize and manage large datasets with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple research assignments
