| Position: Quality Assurance Administrator
| As MCTC continues to strengthen its internal processes and ensure consistency across operations, maintaining high standards in documentation, compliance, and quality management is essential. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator who will support Quality Assurance Department through supplier sourcing and on-boarding, compliance screening, electronic document control, audit administration, meeting coordination, and general administrative assistance.
Why we need you: You will play a key role in supporting our supplier management process by identifying and on-boarding new suppliers across existing and new ports. You will ensure supplier information, certifications, and required documentation are accurately collected, maintained, and organised, contributing to a reliable supplier network and supporting the smooth operation of our global procurement activities. | Here’s what you’ll be doing:- Research, source, and support the onboarding of new suppliers across global ports.
- Collect, verify, and maintain supplier documentation, certificates, licences, and compliance records.
- Monitor supplier information, certifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and validity.
- Conduct supplier screening activities, including KYC, AML, and sanctions checks, in line with company procedures.
- Maintain supplier databases, electronic records, and document management systems.
- Support the administration and maintenance of the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.
- Prepare, update, and manage procedures, templates, reports, presentations, and other quality-related documentation.
- Provide administrative support for internal and external audits, including maintaining audit records and tracking corrective actions.
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist the Quality Assurance team with continuous improvement initiatives, compliance activities, and departmental projects.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, confidentially, and in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
| You need these qualifications: - College or University graduate.
- At least two years of relevant experience in quality assurance administration, supplier administration, compliance, document control, procurement support, or a similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy,
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience within the Company in an operational or administrative role (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
