R.P. Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985. We are seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for Seasonal Color and Operations Management
The Seasonal Color manager is a highly skilled professional in the practice of the design and management of all annual color/ holiday décor displays in an extremely high-end residential market. The Seasonal Color Manager requires the ability to design, estimate, procure, schedule, and install all annual/holiday displays. The Seasonal Color Manager will also assist the horticultural crews on all installations.
Responsibilities
Design an aesthetic plan for each client specific to their taste
Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to identify the scope of work, elements, and project deliverables.
Estimating of all annual color and holiday décor displays
Procurement of all materials necessary
Scheduling of all jobs, crews, and deliveries
Design, layout and installation for all displays
Inventory tracking and invoicing of all materials associated with the installations
Scheduling routine maintenance on previously installed materials.
Requirements
Extensive Knowledge with annuals, perennials, and cut greens
Valid Driver’s License required
2+ years professional seasonal color design/installation
Ability to track and monitor materials in a fast pace environment
Leadership experience and skills is a plus
Ability to estimate quantity of plants/materials per display
Ability to properly install plant material and holiday décor displays
Schedule and budget job hours and crews
Procure, schedule and coordinate all materials and deliveries
Ability to design based on client preference while keeping horticultural limits in mind
Proactive and problem solving
Team player with positive attitude and proven ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment
Urgency to grow and improve services and process
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals

Salary Range:
$85,000 - $95,000
