As the Snow Crew Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow and also responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance management/evaluations.

What you will be doing:

·       Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed

·       Supervise all Snow Makers

·       Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down

·       Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation

·       Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas

·       Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

·       Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

·       High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

·       Must be 18 years old or older

·       Prior supervisor experience required

·       Work in fast-paced environment with some moving and lifting

·       Great customer service and communication skills required

·       Safety minded; Positive attitude and willingness to work with children required

·       Ability to lift 50 lbs

·       Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions

·       Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2^nd shift
