Position Purpose
Provide supervision to the snowsports office and team.

Essential Functions
- Provide supervision to office staff in the absence of the Snowsports Director
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle money and financial payment for services and goods.
- Data entry using MS Office and SMS applications.
- Assist guests with any needs or challenges.
- Assist cashier staffing as needed.
- Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Prior supervisor experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications, prior SMS programs training preferred, office experience preferred.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Enjoy working with general public.
- Must be organized and take direction well.
- Good cash handling skills.
- Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Must have a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.

This position reports to the Snowsports Director
