Compensation: $19.88/HR

What will you be doing?

·         Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.

·         Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen.

·         Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.

·         Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.

·         Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.

·         Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.

What do you bring to the role?

·         No prior experience required. Past experience in fast food, stewarding, stocking merchandise, food service, restaurants or general housekeeping helpful.

·         Ability to tolerate varied working conditions and perform physical activities like standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs, pushing up to 150 lbs, and working in fast-paced, noisy, and potentially confining environments.

·         Must be able to change activities quickly.

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
