The Opportunity
Like being on the road but also enjoy working with a team? This role gives you both.
We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Driver Associate to join our BellSimons branch team. You’ll spend part of your day delivering HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration products to customers, vendors, and other locations — and the rest helping keep the warehouse running smoothly.
You’ll be an important connection between our branch and our customers, making sure the right products arrive safely, accurately, and on time. When you’re back at the branch, you’ll help receive shipments, pick and prepare orders, stock inventory, load and unload products, and keep things moving.
Monday–Friday schedule with no regular weekend or overnight work. Most branches close by 6:00 or 7:00 PM, giving you a consistent schedule while still working in a busy, hands-on environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working with customers, staying active, and being part of a team.
What You’ll Do
On the Road
Safely deliver products to customers, vendors, and branch locations
Provide friendly, professional service and represent BellSimons with every customer interaction
Verify orders, secure loads, and follow established delivery procedures
Complete daily vehicle inspections and keep company vehicles clean and well maintained
Use GPS and mobile technology to manage efficient routes and stay connected with the branch
Maintain required driver credentials and promptly report any driving, license, or credential changes
Communicate with the branch and supervisors regarding deliveries, customer needs, and any issues that arise
At the Branch
Receive, pick, prepare, stock, and organize products
Load, unload, move, and stage materials safely and efficiently
Sort and store inventory by size, type, or product code
Verify orders and maintain accurate inventory and product placement
Report damaged or missing products and assist with physical inventory counts
Prepare shipments and complete bills of lading and other shipping documentation accurately
Operate forklifts and other warehouse and material-handling equipment safely
Keep the warehouse and vehicle areas clean, organized, and safe
Work Safely and as a Team
Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, job site protocols, and material-handling guidelines
Secure loads for transport and handle materials safely in accordance with established requirements
Complete equipment safety checks and promptly report unsafe conditions
Use company systems for routine data entry, communication, and documentation
Work with customers, vendors, supervisors, and branch teammates to resolve issues and keep deliveries and orders moving
Pitch in wherever needed to support customer and business needs
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of driving, warehouse, delivery, or related experience
Valid state driver’s license and required DOT credentials
Insurable driving record and strong commitment to safe driving
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently on the road and collaboratively in the warehouse
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using GPS, mobile devices, and other business technology
Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Basic math and numerical skills
Commitment to following established safety procedures
What Success Looks Like
Customers know they can count on you.
You make deliveries safely and on time, communicate when something changes, and treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to provide great service. You keep products secure, vehicles in good condition, and the branch informed throughout the delivery process.
When you’re back at the branch, you’re ready to jump in and help wherever you’re needed — whether that means unloading a shipment, picking an order, stocking inventory, or helping a teammate.
Whether you’re behind the wheel or in the warehouse, you take pride in doing the job right and keeping things moving.
Ready to Get Moving?
If you’re dependable, customer-focused, and enjoy a mix of driving and hands-on warehouse work, we’d like to meet you. Apply today and help us keep customers moving with the right products, right when they need them.
