The Pricing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day contract pricing operations across multiple business units. This role focuses on processing contract updates, fee changes, and discounts with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring service-level agreements are consistently met. By enabling seamless pricing operations, the role directly supports business growth and customer satisfaction for millions of end-users. This is an opportunity to build expertise in pricing systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process contract changes and updates across Pricing Central, New Business, US Inforce, and Canada Group Retirement Solutions (GRS) business units
  • Handle day-to-day fee changes in Apollo and update corresponding revenue and discounts in Salesforce
  • Prepare repricing letters for active contracts across Signature, Marketing and Enterprise, Inforce, and Canada GRS proposals
  • Ensure accuracy of fee calculations using established pricing tools and models
  • Collaborate with business partners including Account Executives, Client Account Representatives (CAR), Sales Support, Advisor Support, Plan Implementation Managers (PIM), and Fee Associates to manage requests

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong contract review and interpretation experience, with working knowledge of key contract components such as Statements of Work (SOW), project requirements, and contract exhibits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and analyze reports using pivot tables, lookups, and basic computations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word for document preparation, review, and editing
  • Exposure to or experience in sourcing or procurement-related work
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated accountability and ability to follow established procedures and process documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Information Technology (IT) environment or IT sourcing/procurement
  • Background in BPO, shared services, or call center environments, particularly with indirect procurement (services purchasing)
  • Familiarity with e-Sourcing tools and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, iValua)
  • Knowledge of North American contracts, including key clauses, SOWs, project requirements, and exhibits
  • Understanding of procurement strategies and sourcing methodologies to drive cost savings
  • Familiarity with project management processes and systems
