Risk Management: Proactively identify project-level risks and provide actionable solutions to keep delivery on track.
Change Management & Adoption
Impact Assessment & Strategy: Analyze impact assessment outcomes to identify key organizational changes; translate these insights into comprehensive Change Management, Training, and Communication plans.
Stakeholder Networks: Build and facilitate Change Networks and Training Networks within the client organization to drive grassroots buy-in and proficiency.
Client Partnership: Work directly with the client's internal CM and Training teams to co-run change programs for updated and enhanced ERP implementations.

Client Relationship & Growth
Primary Point of Contact: Lead client communications, ensuring senior stakeholders are aligned on project progress and change impacts.
Negotiation & Problem Solving: Resolve project conflicts and steer complex business decisions toward positive outcomes.
Opportunity Identification: Identify system enhancement opportunities that add value to the clientโs Workday ecosystem.
Financial & PMO Governance
Budget Ownership: Take ownership of project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery and profitable resource allocation.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to standardize and scale internal PMO best practices.
Requirements:
Education: B.A. or Masterโs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 5โ8 years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on enterprise system implementation.
Change Management Foundations: Strong knowledge of end-to-end Change Management activities (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks) and experience creating CM deliverables.
Workday Expertise: Solid understanding of the Workday ecosystem and the full HCM or FIN process lifecycles.
PMP or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
Communication: Exceptional ability to manage client expectations and adapt communication styles to meet the needs of diverse stakeholder groups.
