We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Spa Supervisor to join our Spa team and help deliver an elevated wellness experience reflective of our luxury standards.

Reporting directly to the Spa Director, the Spa Supervisor is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Spa while serving as a resource and role model for the Spa team. This position combines supervisory responsibilities with direct guest interaction, with approximately 70% of the role dedicated to Spa Concierge responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

As Spa Supervisor, you will:

  • Support the Spa Director with the overall day-to-day operation of the Spa.
  • Lead by example in delivering warm, personalized, and anticipatory luxury service.
  • Manage spa bookings, appointments, modifications, and guest requests.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide knowledgeable, professional assistance regarding spa services, treatments, amenities, and availability.
  • Utilize the Book4Time spa reservation platform to effectively manage appointments and guest information.
  • Welcome guests and provide an exceptional experience throughout their Spa journey.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and assist with service recovery, resolving concerns thoughtfully, professionally, and with appropriate urgency.
  • Support the Spa Concierge/front desk operation, including check-in, check-out, appointment coordination, and daily administrative needs.
  • Assist with team scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage based on business and operational needs.
  • Support inventory management, product organization, and assist with scheduling.
  • Promote Spa retail products and services through genuine product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Help maintain Spa presentation, cleanliness, organization, and readiness according to luxury and Forbes service standards.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and operational support to Spa team members.
  • Communicate effectively with Spa leadership and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and other daily Spa operational responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Spa experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa environment.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Experience with or strong working knowledge of Book4Time.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Forbes Travel Guide service standards and luxury hospitality expectations.
  • Experience with inventory management and retail operations.
  • Previous experience creating or managing team schedules.
  • Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence handling guest concerns and service recovery situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative leadership style and willingness to be hands-on in daily operations.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, wellness, and creating memorable guest experiences.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both a leader and an active part of the guest experience. While the Spa Supervisor will support leadership, scheduling, inventory, retail, and operational responsibilities, approximately 70% of the position will involve Spa Concierge duties, including managing appointments, answering phones, communicating with guests, supporting service recovery, and assisting with the daily needs of the Spa front desk.
