Manager - Compliance | MAF Entertainment | Risk Management

ROLE SUMMARY
Compliance Manager – Investigations: Leads internal investigations into legal, ethical, and policy violations across MAF Entertainment and MAF Lifestyle, while supporting compliance through risk assessments, monitoring, and employee training.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead and conduct end-to-end investigations into ethics, compliance, policy, and legal violations across the organization.
  • Prepare investigation plans, gather evidence, conduct interviews, and produce objective investigation reports with recommendations.
  • Manage case tracking, ensure timely closure, and coordinate with HR, Legal, Operations, and external authorities when required.
  • Recommend disciplinary actions, corrective measures, and coaching interventions based on investigation outcomes.
  • Monitor corrective action implementation, identify root causes, and drive improvements to policies, processes, and controls.
  • Support digitalization and automation of investigation records, evidence management, reporting, and compliance workflows.
  • Prepare compliance reports, trend analyses, and governance updates to help leadership mitigate risks and strengthen ethical culture.
  • Support compliance programs through policy development, risk assessments, monitoring activities, audits, and employee training initiatives.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Criminology, or a related field; professional compliance, audit, fraud, or risk certifications are preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Compliance, Investigations, Ethics, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Audit, or Governance, with managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of investigations, ethics hotline case management, compliance risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, compliance reporting, dashboards, automation tools, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, investigation frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • High integrity, ethical judgment, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage confidential matters and build trust across all organizational levels.
