Jr. Project Manager | Graphic Designer – Signage & Wayfinding
The Role
This position combines project management and technical sign design. You will manage smaller signage projects from client handoff through production while supporting the development of larger sign packages. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will ensure projects are accurate, code-conscious, on schedule, and ready for production. This role is designed for someone who enjoys both organization and technical design and wants to grow into a full Project Manager or Sign Systems Designer.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage 10–30 smaller projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
· Coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep projects moving forward
· Review drawings, specifications, and project information for accuracy
· Populate and revise existing sign packages using established design standards
· Prepare accurate production-ready files using CorelDRAW and related software
· Read and interpret architectural plans and sign location maps
· Support compliance with ADA and project-specific requirements
· Communicate project updates professionally with clients and team members
· Identify issues early and work with the team to resolve them
· Learn sign materials, fabrication methods, and installation requirements

Requirements
Required Skills & Technology
· CorelDRAW
· Adobe Acrobat
· Microsoft 365
· Understanding of color, scaling, and production file preparation
· Zoho Projects experience is a plus
· Willingness to learn database-driven workflows
Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
· 1–2 years of graphic design, project coordination, or project management experience preferred
· Experience in signage, architecture, construction, or wayfinding is a plus
