Manufacturing/Process Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Act as MAHLE’s on-site representative at Zollner Vác, serving as the key contact for production, quality, and engineering topics.
• Ensure stable series production and monitor key performance indicators related to quality, delivery, efficiency, and inventory. 
• Support the resolution of production, process, equipment, and material-related issues, including leading root cause analysis and corrective actions. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with MAHLE standards, customer requirements, and IATF 16949 guidelines. 
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, audits, and proactively communicate risks or deviations to MAHLE stakeholders. 
• Build strong collaboration between MAHLE and Zollner teams at both operational and management levels. 

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in a large-scale production site
• Experience with production processes, quality standards, problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D), and continuous improvement activities. 
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. 
• Well-organized, proactive, and willing to travel as required. 
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and supplier organizations.
