Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Enabling achievement of business objectives through effective management of the After Sales and Service Digitization platform.
  • End-to-end product ownership of the After Sales and Service DMS function within auto sector.
  • Defining the vision for the platform and building the operational roadmap to achieve the vision.
  • Managing product backlog & requirements.
  • Understanding & representing dealer needs while demonstrating subject matter expertise in dealer After Sales operations.
  • Driving operational excellence for the platform while ensuring highest quality standards.
  • Driving adoption & effective usage of the platform amongst various user groups.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory & compliance requirements.
  • Responsible for functional analysis and documentation of requirements including logics, designs, visualisations etc. with the functional teams
  • Driving sprint planning & requirement grooming with the development team
  • Supporting development team with technical documentation
  • Involvement in testing & validating acceptance criteria and signing off for deployment
  • Building & implementing go to market strategy for new processes / platforms
  • Supporting user trainings & workshops in event of major changes
  • Measuring user satisfaction and soliciting feedback for product improvement
  • Working on advanced analytics and AI-driven use cases
  • Functional areas covered: After Sales and Service Processes Digitization

Experience

  • 6-7 years of experience in product management across After Sales and Service domain in automotive industry.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE Telecommunication / Computer IT with certification in network professional

General Requirements

  • Informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies in After Sales. 
  • Exposure to and knowledge of dealer After Sales and Service operations in the auto business
  • Strong communication and analytics skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management & collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a complex & dynamic environment
