Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
System-Level Target Deployment
- Translate vehicle-level TCP targets into detailed system-level targets.
- Gather feasibility inputs from CoEs, PPH and PMH covering engineering, manufacturing, supplier capability and cost considerations.
- Incorporate project risk assessments related to performance and reliability from the Build & Validation CoE.
- Align target planning with resource availability and project schedules through inputs from PPM.
Delivery of Committed Targets

Drive achievement of both system-level and vehicle-level TCP targets by ensuring:
- Timely release of drawings by CoEs, incorporating manufacturing, supplier and service feedback while minimizing design reopenings.
- Evaluation and implementation of feasible engineering solutions for closure of ORCs and concerns raised by support CoEs and laboratories.
- Achievement of product and process cost targets.
- Timely engineering decisions on key deliverables such as L0/L1 drawings, vehicle packaging, CAD data and VP design approvals, ensuring quality, cost optimization and minimum deviations.
- Completion of technical sign-offs by CoEs, ensuring suppliers selected are capable of meeting defined TCP requirements.
- Effective integration of all vehicle systems in collaboration with VA&VI.
- Development and recommendation of technical risk mitigation plans to the CPH.

Ensure all TCP trade-offs remain aligned with platform objectives by:
- Evaluating trade-offs across systems and CoEs.
- Reallocating TCP targets within predefined limits to prevent overall platform-level deviations.

Complete engineering sign-off and facilitate seamless project handover to Manufacturing and PVE for launch readiness.
Deviation Management
- Escalate TCP deviations requiring management approval to the CPH.
- Ensure comprehensive impact assessment, robust justification and high-quality reporting for all deviation requests.
