About this role
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Plan all administrative functions to provide required facilities in Plant.
• Monitoring & timely analysis for implementation of facilities planned.
• Laying down Admin systems & process & monitoring smooth functioning of it.
• Monitoring & reducing revenue Cost
. Strategising /Policy making for Admin function
• Risk Mitigation for Fire & Security , 100% compliance & no incidence breach.
•Implementation & Sustaining ISMS initiatives.
• To drive Community Connect through ESOPS ( Employee Social Options) for MVML.
• Ensure 100% Statutory Compliance.
• Maintenance of Infrastructure & Common facilities.
• Analysing & Action Planning based on CSI.
• Budgeting , Resource Planning ,
• Liasioning with Govt agencies , industrial assocations , local bodies & Police.
• Lead infrastructure expansion, renovation, and workplace improvement projects, ensuring timely execution within approved budgets and quality standards in consultation with Central Admin team .
• Lead vendor selection, contract administration, SLA management, performance evaluation, and cost negotiations for all administration-related service providers.
• Drive facility management excellence by ensuring high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, workplace aesthetics, and employee experience across the plant.
Experience
15-20 yrs work exp ( out of this atleast 7-10 years in Capacity of Lead Admin Role
Industry Preferred
Large Factory / Establishment set up
Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate with good academics
Ex defence/ Ex Police background can be considered
General Requirements
Excellent Networking Internal & External
Strong project management capabilities for infrastructure and workplace improvement initiatives.
Experience in managing large administration budgets and driving cost efficiencies.
