About this role
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Experience preferably on Kunkel Wagner make HPML ( High Pressure moulding Line) , Sand plant & Loramendi make core shooter machines along with ABB robot operation & maintenance. Andromat working experience will be added advantage. Preferrably PM incharge of HPML for both electrical & mechanical .To Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems.Maintain updated PM schedules and ensure timely execution. Lead root‑cause analysis (RCA) for failures and implement long‑term corrective actions.
2. Ablility to diagnose issues by inspecting PLC logic of siemens S7-1500 PLC, WinCC SCADA and HMI required. Experience in SEW- Movitools software for setup of SEW VFD & adjustment of its parameters adjustment, etc.Ensure optimum utilization of equipment to achieve production targets & to create safe working environme.Upkeep of Mold Shop, Sand Plant, Loramendi machinery with Minimum down time, Minimum cost of spares & Power consumption.
3. Experience in Digitization, TPM , Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.Monitor and optimize power consumption across the foundry.
4. Knowledge of Legal compliance as per IE/IS/ISO norms.Ensure compliance with CEA Safety Regulations, Indian Electricity Rules, and state CEI guidelines.Maintain documentation for CEI audits, Mahindra audits, and safety certifications.
