Wir suchen für unser Team einen Qualitätsprüfer Lack (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung, Aufzeichnung und Auswertung von Lackprüfungen

  • Prozesskontrolle hinsichtlich Qualität und Prozesssicherheit

  • Optische und maßliche Bewertung der Bauteilqualität vor / nach Lack

  • Erteilen von Produktionsfreigaben

  • Durchführung von Bemusterungen und Serienfreigaben

  • Labortechnische Analyse und Bewertung von Fertigungsfehlern

  • Führen von Qualitätsdokumenten und -unterlagen

  • Unterstützung der Produktion in allen ablauftechnischen Belangen

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, als Fahrzeuglackierer bzw. Maler & Lackierer

  • mehrjährige, praktische Erfahrung in der Industrielackierung

  • Kenntnisse in den gängigen Prüf- und Qualitätssicherungsmethoden und ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein

  • Du verfügst über eine gute Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
