Customer Experience Consultant – SCM Lead Logistics

En Maersk buscamos un(a) Customer Experience Consultant para gestionar de forma end-to-end órdenes de compra (POs) y embarques, garantizando una experiencia excepcional para nuestros clientes y asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos logísticos.
Responsabilidades
Gestionar el seguimiento integral de Purchase Orders y embarques.
Monitorear hitos operativos (ETD, ETA) y resolver incidencias de manera proactiva.
Coordinar con clientes, proveedores, transportistas, aduanas y equipos internos.
Brindar visibilidad sobre el estado de las operaciones y gestionar riesgos.
Elaborar reportes operativos y dar seguimiento a indicadores.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de SOPs y procesos establecidos.
Requisitos
3 a 5 años de experiencia en logística, freight forwarding, SCM, customer service logístico, control tower o comercio exterior.
Experiencia gestionando clientes y coordinando múltiples stakeholders.
Conocimiento de importaciones, exportaciones y transporte internacional.
Excel intermedio o avanzado.
Inglés intermedio (mínimo B1).
