Corporate Brand Manager

About this role

We are looking for Corporate Brand Manager who will be responsible for managing one or more brands within MADI International's portfolio, ensuring they achieve both commercial and marketing objectives. 

The role serves as the main link between international brand partners (principals) and internal teams, ensuring brand strategies are successfully implemented in local markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing annual brand strategies, budgets, and marketing plans.
  • Managing the brand's profitability (P&L), pricing, product assortment, and positioning.
  • Monitoring sales performance, forecasting demand, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns while ensuring they align with global brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with sales, finance, demand planning, retail, PR, and marketing teams.
  • Reporting business performance to senior management and brand principals.
  • Leading and mentoring Brand Executives to ensure effective execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in brand management, marketing, or the beauty/FMCG industry.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
  • The ability to work remotely with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and market/brand analysis tools.
