The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Drives team performance through coaching, development, and results delivery.
• Manages structure or fit‑out packages, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards.
• Liaises with Project Package Managers on programme and critical path activities.
• Leads lookahead meetings and provides planned vs actual performance data.
• Escalates deviations from plan to construction leadership when required.
• Applies digital strategy, ensuring accurate use of construction information.
• Oversees close‑out, QAQC plans, ITPs, and handover documentation.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships while promoting best practice, digital innovation, and net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil.
• Experience in the relevant field.
