About this role
- Lead and mentor team members while collaborating closely across project disciplines.
- Manage and resolve MEP design requirements using technical expertise and established project processes.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring programme, cost, quality and HSW targets are met.
- Oversee interfaces between packages and maintain strong relationships with clients and delivery teams.
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies across the project.
- Support digital, MMC and sustainability initiatives, including driving Mace’s net‑zero carbon objectives.
- Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.
- Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
