EBX Specialization Delivery Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced EBX Specialization Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using TIBCO EBX within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in EBX, insurance data domains, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end implementation, ensuring data quality, governance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EBX Master Data Management (MDM) projects within the insurance domain.
  
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  
• Ensure successful implementation using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  
• Provide technical and functional leadership for TIBCO EBX implementations.
  
• Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and efficient MDM solutions.
  
• Drive master data governance, data quality, and data stewardship initiatives.
  
• Define data models, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes within EBX.
  
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
  
• Understand insurance business processes including:
  
• Translate business requirements into EBX functional solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and data governance standards.
  
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, and development teams.
  
• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
  
• Manage client expectations and provide strategic recommendations.
  
• Present project updates and executive-level reports.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Delivery Management.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO EBX Master Data Management.
  
• Strong experience delivering enterprise MDM solutions.
  
• Experience working in the insurance industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
