As a key member of the mining leadership team, the role translates production objectives into sustainable maintenance strategies that enhance productivity, safety, environmental performance, and asset integrity. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

10-15 years of relevant maintenance and asset management experience within mining, minerals processing, heavy industry, or related sectors.

Proven experience leading large-scale maintenance operations for mobile and fixed plant assets.

Demonstrated experience in reliability improvement, maintenance planning, asset management, and operational excellence.

Significant leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractor organizations.
