Class A Regional Delivery Driver | Home 3–4x Weekly | $1,500–$1,700/wk Avg | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Looking for strong regional earnings without staying stuck on the road for weeks? We’re hiring Class A drivers for dedicated Midwest runs out of Joliet, IL. You'll get home every other day for 10-hour breaks, earn solid weekly pay, and work with full on-site terminal support.
1. Earnings & Benefits
- Weekly Pay: Average $1,500–$1,700/week ($75K–$100K+/year), with top earners clearing $2,000+.
- Mileage Pay (CPM): Tiers from $0.82 (0–11 mos experience) up to $0.85 (36+ mos).
- Extra Pay: $245 per unloaded trailer | $70 per backhaul | $25 per stop.
- Incentives: $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over your first 6 months, plus $150/day for 2-day orientation.
- Full Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) after 60 days. Paid vacation starts at 1 week after year one and scales up to 4 weeks.
2. Route, Freight & Parking Rules
- Schedule & Miles: Home 3–4 times weekly (usually every other day for a 10-hour reset). Requires 7-day availability (Sun–Sat) with 34-hour resets near home. Logging 800–1,000 avg miles across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.
- Touch Freight: 100% hands-on unloading of stacked cargo for store deliveries.
- Parking Requirement: Trucks must strictly be parked at either the Markham Terminal or Joliet DC during time off—no home parking allowed.
3. Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
- Physical stamina for heavy unloading, high patience, strong safety awareness, and good customer service skills.
- Must pass pre-employment hair and urine drug screenings (Not SAP-friendly).
