Class A CDL Local Driver – Dedicated Grocery Network
1. Operational Summary & Driver Requirements
Run local routes out of the Fredericksburg, VA hub serving stores across VA and MD.
You’ll cover roughly 1,180 miles weekly working 5 days on a evening schedule (19:00–21:00 starts, 12–14 hr shifts) with 2 consecutive days off per week (Home Daily).
This is a physically engaging role utilizing electric pallet jacks for trailer loading, unloading, and backhauls.
Candidate Requirements: Active Class A CDL; 3 months CDL-A experience within the last 36 months; must pass DOT physical, urine, and hair follicle drug screenings. Personal vehicle required for daily terminal commute. Remote orientation provided.
2. Earnings, Perks & Benefit Options
- Compensation Package: $0.50 to $0.54 CPM + $25 stop pay (20–26 stops/wk) + $55 per load. Average earnings run $1,670/week (~$86,800/yr) with top earners pulling $1,730/week (~$90,000/yr).
