Operational Profile

Dedicated regional run operating out of the Phoenix yard servicing high-volume store locations across Arizona and Southern California. Pull 53' dry vans and 48' lift-gate trailers with zero physical load handling.

Drivers must be willing to lay over on CA routes, handle tight backing in busy metro areas (LA/San Diego), and run available hours over holidays. Includes 1–3 days of paid mentor ride-along training.

Prerequisites Checklist

  • Valid Class A CDL license.
  • Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience in the last 36 months (SoCal background preferred).
  • Passing DOT physical, urine, and hair follicle drug testing.
  • Reliable personal commuting vehicle (trucks remain staged at the facility).

Schedule, Earnings & Perks

  • Home Time: 2 days home weekly + 34-hour DOT reset.
  • Pay Package: Tiered CPM up to $0.71 + stop pay + up to 3% safety/on-time bonus. Average check: $1,350/wk ($70,200/yr) | Top 10%: $1,610/wk ($83,700/yr).
