Driver Requirements & Compliance
- Valid Class A CDL license.
- 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months.
- Successful completion of DOT medical, hair follicle, and urine drug screens.
Home Schedule & Operations
- Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset. (Vegas drivers: 2 weeks out / 3 days home).
- Daily Routine: 06:00 AM start times; 14-hour max workday; 1–2 loads/week.
- Physical Work: Manual trailer unloading using floor rollers (boxes up to 75 lbs).
Pay & Benefits Suite
- Earnings Range: $1,760/wk average ($91,500/yr) up to $2,280/wk top tier ($118,500/yr).
- Pay Breakdown: $0.62–$0.68 CPM + $320 per load + up to 3% safety/performance bonus.
