Dedicated Regional CDL Class A Driver – Western Fleet

1. Role Overview & Driver Requirements

Service paper manufacturing plants and grocery distribution hubs throughout 7 Western States (WA, OR, ID, CA, NV, UT, AZ) starting out of the Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga hub.

You'll run roughly 2,000 miles weekly with zero physical load handling.

Candidate Requirements: Valid Class A CDL required; minimum 3 months CDL-A experience in the last 36 months; must pass DOT screening along with hair follicle and urine drug testing.

Must be open to night shifts, snow/chaining conditions, and pork/alcohol cargo. Rigs are 53' automatics (no cab fridges/microwaves). Fast 3-day seating process.

2. Pay, Perks, Home Time & Parking

  • Financial Package: Average checks run $1,340/week (~$69,700/yr) with top drivers reaching $1,630/week (~$84,800/yr). Pay scale ranges from $0.61 to $0.66 CPM + detention pay.

  • Home Reset: 2 full days off bi-weekly (every 10–14 days).
  • Yard Rules: Drivers within 50 miles of Colton, CA park at 2250 S Riverside Ave; drivers living outside 50 miles may park at home with secure lot approval.
