About this role

Dedicated Regional CDL-A Driver – $96K+ Average Potential

Where am I driving and what am I hauling?

Dispatching out of West Jefferson, OH, you’ll haul pre-loaded multi-temp reefer trailers (meat included, zero alcohol) to Chicago stores and suburbs. Rigs are top-of-the-line automatic 28' and 53' trailers. Night dispatches (21:00–12:00) mean you hit morning delivery windows with smooth traffic.

How does the offloading and pay work?

Most stores offload the trailer while you supervise. For small-format inner-city Chicago stores requiring a lift-gate and pallet jack, you earn a flat $110 per load bonus on top of your CPM ($0.64–$0.76) and standard stop/detention pay. Average pay is $1,870/wk (~$97,200/yr) with top tier making $2,510/wk (~$130,500/yr).

What is the home time and candidate criteria?

  • Home Time: 2 to 3 days home per week with a 34-hour DOT reset.
  • Requirements: Active Class A CDL; 3 months experience in last 36 months; passing DOT physical, urine, and hair follicle drug screens. Trucks can be parked in secure locations.

What are the company perks?

Full health coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401(k) options, paid vacation, and $150/day mentor pay.
