Local Class A CDL Driver – Dedicated Multi-Temp Fleet

1. Role Summary & Candidate Criteria

Run local routes originating out of Perryville, MD delivering to retail stores across PA, NJ, and NY (including Staten Island and Long Island).

You'll log ~1,600 miles per week with evening start times ranging from 18:00 to 01:00 AM (Home Daily).

Role involves physical loading and store delivery via electric pallet jacks (pulling up to 75 lbs) and returning backhauls.

Requirements: Valid Class A CDL; 3 months experience in last 36 months; passing DOT physical, urine, and hair follicle drug tests; personal vehicle required for commuting. 100% remote orientation.

2. Compensation, Home Time & Perks Suite

  • Home Time Routine: Home Daily (operations run 7 days/wk with flexible days off).
  • Pay Package: Mileage pay ($0.50–$0.54 CPM) + $20/stop + $55 load pay + $150 5-day availability pay + $50 Metro pay.
  • Average pay: $1,720/week (~$89,500/yr) with top earners reaching $2,135/week (~$111,000/yr).
