- Walk the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste and keep all common areas and amenities clean and presentable at all times
- Clear out vacant units before the make-ready process begins and keep storage areas clean and organized
- Assist the service team with minor requests and the turn process as needed
- Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool gates are functioning and up to code
- Pressure wash breezeways and common areas, perform general cleaning, and assist with painting curbs and signage as needed
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all OSHA and safety requirements
- No prior experience required, we'll train the right person
- A strong work ethic and a good eye for what needs attention
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Weekend availability as needed
- A positive attitude and genuine pride in the space you maintain
