Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience
Schedule - Monday - Friday 40 hrs per week (rotating on-call schedule)

QualificationsEssential Duties
Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for the facility/physical plant, ensuring reliable, safe, and well-maintained building systems and grounds.
Develop, implement, and track a preventive maintenance program for buildings, equipment, and life-safety systems.
Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate maintenance (and security, if applicable) staff; provide coverage and on-call support as needed (24/7 responsibility with callbacks).
Manage department budget and purchasing; analyze operations, control costs, and optimize labor, supplies, and service contracts.
Maintain and troubleshoot facility systems and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, utilities, alarms/pendant systems, and related equipment.
Coordinate vendors/contractors, solicit bids, and maintain effective relationships with service providers and regulatory agencies.
Maintain inventories and ensure proper storage/handling of hazardous materials.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements; lead safety checks, drills (fire/disaster), documentation, and corrective actions following inspections.
Respond to resident/staff work orders and collaborate with leadership and departments to support resident services.
Support seasonal and special projects (e.g., snow/ice removal, transportation assistance during inclement weather) as assigned by leadership.
