Job Description
Role Purpose
Support Corporate FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, MTP, financial analysis, dashboarding, and finance transformation initiatives to drive business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of various P&L items and provide actionable business insights.
- Lead Budget, Forecast, and Medium-Term Plan (MTP) activities, including consolidation, review, and variance analysis for respective P&L areas.
- Review financial performance of subsidiaries and legal entities, ensuring accuracy and highlighting key business drivers.
- Prepare management reports, quarterly review presentations, and supporting analyses for senior leadership.
- Support impairment reviews, audit requirements, and validation of business assumptions.
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and automate reporting processes.
- Leverage SAP, SAP BW, and analytics tools to drive reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Review accounting standard compliance and ensure accurate financial reporting across subsidiaries and legal entities
- Support strategic, transformation, and ad-hoc management initiatives.
Work Experience
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience
Education
Post Graduation in Accountancy or Chartered Accountancy
