Job Responsibilities:
EMEA & CN region illumination product:
- Work as a bridge between customers and internal team.
- Customer inquiry and Customer satisfaction.
- Order entry, backlog maintain, shipping arrangement.
- RMA issue, follow up and close.
- Ship & Debit claim. Stock rotation claim.
Not limited to above.
Qualifications:
1. College degree and above with no major limits.
2. With 1 year and above order fulfill/CS experience is preferred.
3. Good English skills, writing, listening, speaking and reading is better.
4. Good at office software such as PPT, EXCEL, WORD etc.
5. Familiar with SAP is preferred.
