What You'll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community by:
Greeting prospects with enthusiasm and professionalism
Conducting engaging apartment tours that showcase our community
Following up with prospects and converting leads into new residents
Assisting applicants throughout the leasing process
Providing exceptional customer service to current and future residents
Supporting resident retention and community events
Assisting with outreach marketing and social media efforts
Working closely with your teammates to create a positive, welcoming community
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is energetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Positive, outgoing personality with a professional appearance
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule
Active, valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Current vehicle liability insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Yardi property management software
Experience working with Elise AI
Strong sales and closing skills
Marketing or outreach experience
